  1. Here’s a banana bread recipe I found, and modified slightly, that tastes awesome! I substituted raw honey for sugar, for a “healthier” option. ;)

    Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat, almond, etc. for gluten free)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp baking soda
3 bananas, very ripe (throw in an extra banana for extra moist bread)
    1/2 cup eggs (about 2-3)
    1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans (or any nut of your choice – or omit)

    Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly spray 9Γ—5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. In medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, mash bananas with fork; add eggs, honey + flour mixture and pecans. Scrape into prepared pan and bake 1 hour or until tests done.
