Second Trimester Pregnancy Training – Video

Hope you all had a great weekend!

Here’s a quick video we did yesterday of a workout I have been doing. I would typically go through this whole circuit 3 or 4 times depending on how I was feeling that day.

You can either use a certain number of reps (which is what I did in the video) or you could do each exercise for a certain amount of time. For example, I could do this same workout completing as many reps (with good form) as possible in 30 seconds. Then rest 30 seconds and move on to 30 seconds of the following exercise.

I look a little exhausted in this video, but in my defense we did do this after completing a workout. :)
