Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend!!
Still no baby yet and I have been a feeling a combination of awesome and terrible all weekend. Hopefully that means it’s almost time. 🙂
We had a great weekend (was it my last weekend before becoming a mom???). We got to spend some time with friends that we haven’t seen in awhile and I also got to spend some time alone with hubby. We saw Bridesmaids which was hillarious and also saw the Hangover II which was funny, but not as funny as the first one!
I’m still getting in workouts most days. Here’s a video from Saturday morning (I was 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant). Currently, I’m 40 weeks and 5 days. Just 2 days away from the 40 week mark and 3 days away from my official due date. Hitting up the doctors office this morning and we’ll have to see if they have anything interesting to report.
Here’s the workout:
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats (18K Kettlebell)
- Elevated Push Ups
- TRX Body Rows
- Single Arm Kettlebell Swings Right (12 K Kettlebell)
- Single Arm Kettlebell Swings Left (12 K Kettlebell)
I did each exercise for 40 seconds and rested for 20 seconds between exercises. I repeated this entire workout 4 times for a total of 20 minutes.
