RKC Practice Video

Last week I posted a workout that I’m doing as part of my preparation for RKC…coming up in just over 4 weeks.

Here is a video of these exercises.

A few things:

  • My husband was working out with me and you can hear the end of his set of something in the first few seconds.
  • I didn’t include the Turkish Get Up in this video, but you’ll see it in another video later this week.
  • I forgot to video my one-hand swings when I was doing them as part of my workout (with the 24K) so in the video I’m using a 20K.
  • I only show presses on the right, but I’m working on both sides (obviously)…and yes I look angry when I’m pressing because I am. ;-)

  1. Great video – thanks for sharing. I’m just getting into KBs b/c of injury. I can’t do high impact, so loving things like swings, figure 8’s, etc for raising the heart rate. Been doing lots of tabata and HIIT workouts.
