A few things:
- My husband was working out with me and you can hear the end of his set of something in the first few seconds.
- I didn’t include the Turkish Get Up in this video, but you’ll see it in another video later this week.
- I forgot to video my one-hand swings when I was doing them as part of my workout (with the 24K) so in the video I’m using a 20K.
- I only show presses on the right, but I’m working on both sides (obviously)…and yes I look angry when I’m pressing because I am.
